It is a relaxed, friendly, comfortable place. The service is very good and the food is Even BETTER. The portions are large, enough for a second meal. The salad bar has enough choices on it, that it could be enough to eat, if that's the choice you choose to make. We would DEFINITELY recommend it to friends and family. We be will return again in the future. It's worth the drive and the decor and setting, a few yards from the river, make your meal that much more enjoyable!!!
Nice grate home made food. Clean and the staff is grate. Small home town restaurant. With the over look of the river.
Disappointed. Slow service and not because it was busy. I have never ordered spaghetti and meatballs without being offered bread, butter and side salad. Chicken parm was very dry and tasteless. Prices are too expensive for poor quality meals . Very nice salad bar.
We stopped in for dinner while out on our boat. Tied up right to the docks they have on the river. It's a very nice little place. All of the servers were great. Great atmosphere to boot. We opted for an outside table. You can see the river plain as day from the patio, and it made the experience that much better. The cod sandwich is absolutely enormous, the steak & cheese is excellent, and their onion rings are to die for. We'll be back for sure. Solid 10.
This is a very nice place with a great view of the river. The home made chips and chicken sandwich were amazing :-) The chips were perfectly crispy and go great with their ranch dressing. The chicken on the sandwich had a good breading and was juicy and flavorful. I also recommend the peanut butter pie!
