On the Wild and Scenic part of the river, so its all remote, un-improved camping. Remember your river etiquette, and enjoy your float. This bar is a nice rest between some rapids, and depending on when and where you put in can be a quite night spot to cook and rest. A nice stream waterfall just down the river from here with a good sized pool.
Not a lot of shade in this campground, but a nice flat beach makes light work for setting up camp and a kitchen. There are at least two good spots to hang a hammock up the hill, and plenty of flat spots for cots & sleeping pads, as well as tents if you need them.
