Pros: Very clean and well maintained campground. Excellent for tent and smaller campers. Water and electric at each camping site. Free fire wood for registered campers. Helpful Campground host and attendants. Clean bathrooms and shower. Playground for kids, and plenty of public picnic area. Easy access to water for fishing, boating and swimming. Cons: the main road and access to campsites has about 10% grade, which is not super ideal for large campers or towing boats. The camping sites are almost next to the main water access road and you can hear trucks and boats in and out every now and then. Overall: will recommend. awesome place to camp, specially if you are into boating and fishing.
A steep boat ramp, however there's a nice and shady campground and picnic area! Good location near the middle of Lake Cumberland! It's across the lake from Conley Bottom Marina. From
Great location. Very quiet campground. The only downside is the bath house. They do not have locking doors, just shower curtains.
Small but very clean campground. Some sites have a lake view. Boat ramp with dock on site. Clean restrooms, playground, and shelter also on site.
We stayed at site 23 with our 31' travel trailer and had plenty of room to spare. Enough that we could have set up a large tent and still have space. The site did have a lot of leaves and small twigs but no trash on the ground. Ice is available at the office. Regular size bag only. There are a couple of shower/restroom houses a playground and pavilion. There is only one tank dump and it's on a hill. Definitely not level, but manageable. Also several public picnic tables that have a great view of the lake. The boat ramp is steep and on a fairly busy portion of the lake. The water was rough when we were using it.
