The most cozy glamping tent! We stayed toasty warm in winter weather. The bed felt luxurious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and responsive. The campground and spaces were clean and private feeling. Close to hotsprings! Surrounding forest is beautiful. I loved drifting off to sleep to the sound of falling rain. It was so relaxing, we even added an extra night. In addition, I left a sentimental item. When I realized it a month later, I reached out with no expectations it would turn up. But, the staff did a deep clean and found it! They offered to keep it safe in their office or mail it. So kind!
Just a great place run by great people. Spend a lot of time talking with the owners and the other folks that worked there. Just really nice down to earth people. We stayed in the cabin which had plenty of space and even a separate loft sleeping area if you have kids. Bathrooms were right across from the room so easy access. The campground is pretty small so it feels very intimate but you still have plenty of space the way they have it configured. There's a country store right down the road that makes absolutely amazing cheesecake. I'm not a big cheesecake person but you have to get this.
I've stayed in the cabins twice now. Both stays were fabulous. Facilities are clean, grounds are well maintained, hosts are kind and helpful, location is great with a few different hikes nearby, and fellow guests have been respectful and quiet. Although I wouldn't call it a luxurious experience, it is a terrific find for the price! I absolutely recommend a stay if you're in the area. I know I'll be back!
We were greeted when we arrived by Toby and Seth. Toby immediately offered to help us park our travel trailer, which was very helpful because it’s sometimes a little stressful. The campground was beautiful. There are incredible trees and landscaping everywhere. It’s well laid out and clean and immaculately maintained; it borders right on the national forest. To say that everyone we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful would be an understatement. They take their job as hosts very seriously and can be seen around the property throughout the day. We really enjoyed our visit here and will return. It was two very relaxing quiet weeks.
Had a fantastic time glamping here. The tents are very nice with heat and electric. Hot showers, clean restrooms and an overall quiet campground. Toby was great right from the time we pulled in. He explained all the amenities and even told us how to find waterfall hikes in the area. Some areas were closed due to wildfires and he knew exactly which ones. I would definitely stay here again.
