Very impressed with staff, polite and attentive. Stayed in a rental camper, camper was clean, and ready for a great stay. Husband and I went for vacation wanted to stay in a peaceful and relaxing area of New York. Great decision to stay here. Highly recommend if passing through or want to relax and enjoy the beauty of the mountains for awhile, close to shopping but yet quite and peaceful. The view was amazing!

We are seasonal campers at this KOA. This has been the worst season. We either have had brown/black water or no water at all since May 1, 2024. The electricity is not ample enough for all the campers that are here. There is no full hookup. You are supposed to get pumped out twice a week. But you have to beg for that to happen. I am very disappointed with this place. Camping is supposed to be fun and relaxing not a bunch of aggravation. It was not worth the $1900 for the season to stay here. I would not recommend camping here.

We were there before the end of April and when we got to our sites there wasn't any water. We went to the office. They came out and fixed the problem. But once I started running the water it was disgusting. Brown and I ran my faucet and a few others near my site for quite a while and the water was a root beer color. it was dark out and I went and got some water from the office area inside so that we had water for the night for flushing and drinking. I was surprised. That they charge the regular rate when the majority of what you would expect was not available. The people were very nice.

This is an RV Park. My first time out with the RV and I couldn't be happier. My grandchildren 3 & 5 had such a great time, we will definitely be back next year.

I understand policies but there are definitely situations that compassion goes a long way and this place showed me none. I broke down 8 hours away from this KOA. Waiting for a part for my RV. The shop keeps saying "it's coming". After 4 days and spending $500 in hotel expenses I've decided to ask for my deposit back on the KOA. I have no idea when I would make it. I called them all week to keep them in the loop. They won't refund me now. Why, it was one night during the week? I don't know, other than no compassion and greed. What is going on in this world that make people this way.
