We had an amazing stay at Under Canvas visiting our daughter Shayna. She was a natural in action at the guest experience counter with the children & their activities. The food was incredible. Shannon & Cheryl make a great team. They were friendly, had a great dynamic,& were so accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed the specials & the homey feel. This has been my second stay at an Under Canvas site & I look forward to many more visits at the other locations. What a great concept.
Great place, ultra friendly staff. First time Glam camping, very impressed. Shout out to Taylor, Hannah, Leila, and Shayna for their Southern hospitality and professionalism in making our experience a very memorable one. On site kitchen was amazing, everything I tried was delicious. Cheryl, Shannon and Tessa thanks for the great food. Kudos to Shannon for my new favorite breakfast side, Cheesy grits!!!
Under Canvas is a must stay for outdoor enthusiasts! Amazing location right near the National park! Comfy beds, warm shower, delicious food, and great company!! We had an amazing stay!! Once you visit you’ll want to visit them all! It was our honeymoon and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special by decorating the tent, writing us a note, and giving us free merchandise and a complimentary dessert on them! I would return 100% and would 100% recommend to anyone!!
Absolutely incredible time. Our stay was perfect. Staff was super friendly and welcoming and got everything we needed. We had 3 small boys under 10 years old and they had the time of their life. Literally cried when we had to go. Food was amazing. Only issue is don’t try to find the place in the dark as it can be difficult with GPS and poor lit roads. We will be back for sure!!!!
Just finished a four night stay at Under Canvas over Thanksgiving. We had five in one of the large tents with a cot. We aren’t campers at all, but loved having this unique experience. We enjoyed “roughing it” in a king size bed and our tent had a wood burning stove to help keep us warm. The temperatures were cold so we used a good bit of firewood but they kept us fully stocked throughout the stay. The showers in the tent were on the chilly side, but the common area bathroom facilities are kept extremely clean and are so warm. Shout out to Cheryl for my daily speciality coffee. Nightly smores and fire pit, chess and board games were enjoyed by all. I don’t know that I will ever do tent camping again, but if I do it would be at an Under Canvas.
