Under Canvas Lake Powell - Grand Staircase

We decided to splurge on a night at Under Canvas at the end of a parks road trip, and we were so happy with our stay! We loved the tent - comfortable bed, nice shower/bathroom, wonderful porch - very cool! The property was also great - the communal space included comfy seating, indoor tables, outdoor space at the rim of the small canyon (great for stargazing at the Milky Way). We caught a great sunset, and had an excellent crusted. trout dinner and bottle of wine. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We would stay at Under Canvas again and try to make more time for enjoying the surroundings.

We only had one night at Under Canvas - Lake Powell, but I wish we could have stayed longer. The sunrise and sunset views were gorgeous. We enjoyed a delicious dinner on the patio with live music, and the breakfast was also very good. The staff at Under Canvas was very professional, friendly, and responsive. We look forward to staying at other Under Canvas locations around the US.

Upmost best Customer service I’ve ever experience. Super helpful helping us load into our room for the night. Dinner was excellent music was great! The beds to me were super comfortable. Most of all the rooms were super clean, had a plumbing job I needed to do because of how they treated us. I had the best night sleep ever highly recommend anybody traveling.

Beautiful tent accommodation, about 25min drive from the main beaches at Lake Powell (smaller ones are closer). The luxurious tents have no electricity, but lights and power banks are present. Shower, sink and toilet work perfectly. The reception tent and restaurant area are large and welcoming with a beautiful view of the surrounding nature. At night camp fires are lighted and free sticks with marshmallows are handed out which can be roasted under the night sky. Staff is helpful and enthusiastic.

I don't know how to describe how amazing our stay here was. I could go on a rant about how accommodating the staff are, how beautiful the views were, how cute and comfortable the rooms are. The main tent has free, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, campfires with free s'mores kits. A small gift shop carrying some fun items. If I had to complain about something it would be that for the price the food is very much not worth it. We had two Avacado toast for over $40 USD. The Avacado was Sour and tasted like it came from the grocery store and the rest was just bleh after that. It's a 10min drive to a good Mexican restaurant and 20mins into Page. We drove for food after that. But the views from this location are amazing, they have their own little slot canyon and hiking spot. I could tell a story about how we were supposed to check in on Thursday and get married on Friday but the whether was bad and the staff helped us rearrange our booking and accommodated us for the change over so we didn't have to switch rooms. They really bent over backwards for guests here and made sure everyone is having a great time.
