Camp site was nice and quiet, you could hear the frogs by the creek. Loved how it was wooded and nature like. We passed other camp grounds that were just like a parking lot with no privacy. Perfect for kids and pets. Super easy check in/ out! Will definitely stay here again!
We loved our almost month long stay at Up The Creek! The campground is close to attractions yet feels far away. The grounds are very well maintained and the camp hosts, Terry and Lisa, are so welcoming and friendly!! We were there during Hurricane Helene and had to evacuate for a couple days due to the concern of rising water and road closures. Lisa was so proactive in keeping us informed of things. When we returned, Terry was helpful in putting down some hay around some muddy spots at our site so our dogs wouldn’t make a mess. We will definitely be back!!
We have been going to Up the Creek for three years after we got our camper. We have been so impressed with the sites that we will not go anywhere else in Pigeon Forge. The sites are a nice size with plenty of privacy between you and the next door campers. In addition they are peaceful and quiet at night. The only problem is time flies and we have to leave!!!!
This is a great rv park. Huge sites that are leveled and private. Next time we come back I'd love to have a riverfront site! The location is perfect, close to the strip in pigeon forge but tucked away into a quiet calm relaxing area. An hour away from the main attraction cades cove inside smokey mountains. The worker's were great and friendly. We were in pull through 3 and we are 45ft long with two vehicles and a golf cart, had plenty of space. My one small complaint is people do not pick up their dog poop, seen multiple piles when walking are dogs.
The campground is beautiful, shaded and well maintained. The camp managers, Terry and Lisa, were wonderful. We have camped in Pigeon Forge several times and never found a campground we would return to until now. It is clear they have camping experience. Can't wait til you open another one in NC.
