A truly amzing ecosystem, should be a national park. Etheral rock structures, caves, it is very amazing. The trails are well managed, there is many animals and birds, and it is all beatiful.
Hiked the Yahi Trail. Beautiful fall colors and temperatures are perfect this time of year. Kid friendly adventuresome hike for 8 year old. The trail is mostly flat and runs along the creek. Lots of places to meditate or have a picnic. We went back on the road which was not too bad given we saw only five cars. Beautiful park great for hiking and summer swimming.
Lots of people hiking and biking and dog walking in this area. I combined a few trails and made my own loop out of it. Very flat and easy walking. Some nice view points as well.
