One of the best trails in BC, Canada. Three lakes, a river, a waterfall. Amazing views to see. Two parking areas , one close to the first lake but it's a small parking . The second parking, it's about 100 meters far from the first lake. At each parking, there are washrooms available. The hike is between mid to high difficulties.
Campsite is around lake or on the hill. Come earlier to get the better spot you like. We picked the one on the hill. We can out look the lake all the time. Nice camping y.
Great experience camping at the top lake. We had super weather and marvelous views. The walk further up toward the glacier is well worth it. Campsites aren't so easy to spot and if you're in a group with more than one tent, set off in plenty of time to select adjacent sites. Only challenge was if you needed the toilet at night time, you had to balance on rocks to cross a small stream. One of the best sites we visited on our trip.
Absolutely beautiful. You have to ask yourself if it's even real. Can I swim? Can I fish? Yes you can . No campfires though so bring a bunsen burner. This isn't yogi bear park so if you are a princess and can't drop one in the woods or expect a store up there or special treatment...stay home. To give this wonder of the world 1 star is to label yourself a close minded fool imo. This is rustic and it's how it should be. Very doable for many ages and body types. Bring water and food for the hike. Highly recommended.
Beautiful place and easy to reach
