Sweet spot, not to many kids riding around in the camp site making noise and kicking up dust. Good view also, less people and cleaner bathrooms.
Best place ever to go riding, camping or hit some good trails, we go every month very nice place.
Nice clean area, covered table and fire pit. Beautiful view, not crowded and well spaced out. Rangers go by often to keep an eye on things.
Love the scrub oaks because it's centered-ish in Hungry Valley and usually sheltered somewhat from the wind. Not the best for big motorhomes. Photos are a trail down the road and camp.
First time coming here with family and friends and we enjoyed it ,came to ride our atvs. And we enjoyed it alot. Clean bathrooms area where we stood was pretty nice great views when up in the hill. Rangers do check up on you which is a good thing. Fee of entrance not bad very reasonable. Will be coming again.
