Decent camping here. Nice ranger talk. Service berries can be picked and will attract bears

Quiet spot but not many access spots to the water. Also, no playground. Not ideal family camping, but probably nice for folks without kids. Normally there's boating and fishing, but there's a lot of construction this year, including on the dam itself, so the water level is too low this year (2019) to launch boats or enjoy any water activities.

Nice campground with a free public boat launch. Does have some shade here and is very close to the water. If your visiting be mindful that water levels drop quickly at the begining of August, best time to visit and boat is in July.

Despite the rain and cold we caught fish just from the shore. I'm convinced it would be a good spot in better weather.
