This was a beautiful park area. The waterfalls and rocky path were a wonderful sight to take in. It was just a quick pit stop early in the morning on the way to meeting up with others. So glad we made the stop/hike.

We didn't stay there, but did visit. Spent a few hours exploring the waterfalls. Was a great adventure for a small 4 minute detour!! Be careful if it has recently rained as the rocks get very slippery!! Would be a great place for a photo shoot. I was pretty impressed with how nicely my photos turned out, with little to no real effort!! Would be a great place to have a picnic or just some peace and quiet. Without a kid present I would have probably sat and meditated, listening to the beautiful sounds of nature. It really did look like something from a painting!! Would definitely go back and possibly even camp. There was only one camper there while we were there. It's ba small campground, but seems very cozy. Would probably sleep like a baby to the sounds of falling water, rather than the busy city outside my door!!

Easy parking, easy to find. HOWEVER, it is not a hike to the falls but rather somewhat mountaineering. Soggy, slimy big rocks and lots of tree roots to traverse. The short path ends way too soon from the pavillion. You're on your own to get to the big falls. There is no trail or path and it is on an elevation. It isn't all that far but getting there is the issue. You can get a real good view from the bridge before the park, but nothing beats being there. Not for handicapped people or very young children. A shame a decent trail is not available. Restrooms and picnic area available. Well pump for water.

Very cute and short hike to the river. Stayed here in a tent over the weekend and it was peaceful other than random vehicles coming in and out of the driveway at night and the atvs on the road right behind the site. It's 10$ cash only about 8 spots with nice bathroom. Hidden gem amongst the north! Nearest gas station is a mobil that's technically another camp ground but it worked.
