Very clean restrooms and laundry. Level concrete pads that are very long. Camp host was very friendly and did our check-in for us. Located on a navy base so you need military privileges. There are good margaritas at Casa Corona, just outside the main gate.
Great jumping off point (and ending) for adventures in Death Valley, GREAT showers and facilities - really nice camp hosts! Deducted one star because of weird sewage smell throughout the park.
Great RV park and amenities. Full hook ups for $34/night. no shade what so ever but good cell signal for Verizon and laundry machines cost $1 per load. We enjoyed our stop for the night!
Very clean and relatively new RV Park: from landscape, dog park, RV pads, to the restroom/shower area. The RV Park host I talked with was very friendly. Some have complained about the dog park being too small. I had no issues with it. All the Staff I encountered at the rec center where you check in and register during normal work hours were friendly, courteous and helpful. Just remember that if you are going to visit and stay at this RV park during the summer months expect exceedingly hot high desert daytime temperatures. 105 to 108 degree daytime temps when I stayed there on two separate nights. Ran the A/C all night. Small on base commissary which has all you need to stock back up on your road trip. Same goes with the base exchange which has all the basics you may need. Both facilities are more than adequate in my opinion, especially in light of what other reviewers have complained about...... geez.
$15/ night FHU, squeaky clean bath house, desert environment (no grass, few immature trees, wind can be brutal), cement pads, few picnic tables, no BBQ or fire ring, meeting room with TV & kitchen, good wi-fi. MWR provided great service with lots of information about the base and community.
