Bugs gone wild! There are so many swarms everywhere. If you’re okay with the bugs, very lovely overall camp experience but there’s something so unsettling about not seeing a swarm and hearing the buzz of 10,000 friendly bugs in your ears that will have me booking elsewhere.
Bugs are horrible! Water is gross and murky. Trash all over the beach area. People let their dogs use the restroom all over the beach and near the water, weren't picking up after them. People swimming and fishing off the docks, where only boats should be. Bathrooms weren't clean. Unless you're staying on the lake the entire time, would not recommend.
Very nice, and well maintained facilities. Water and electricity provided at each site. View is incredible. I would definitely stay here again!
Nice campground. Expensive I thought at $40 night. Loaded with flying bugs, the air hummed loud with bug activity. All sites pull thru if you need that.
We love kayaking and swimming at the lake. They have a few covered tables and bathrooms! The water is really shallow so it's safer for kids to play on the water.
