UTurn R.V. Resort Store and Cafe

The owners are so very accommodating and professional. They really want your stay to be enjoyable. They have a great selection of items in their store and their food is very very good and cooked to order! The pool is an incredible option. We will definitely be back to stay when we visit our friends in Piedmont!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!! Oh, and the prices are very reasonable as well which is also a huge plus! We had our own camper but they have cabins and are also building a new ten room hotel on their property!

Badly managed after the owner regained ownership. The vents are full of black mold in the ac units (we rented 3 and they all have it.) pretty sure it has bedbugs which a review from the month prior confirms they have. Used to be a decent place that I recommended people to visit. The place has gone down hill, inflated the prices and because they reclaimed ownership a couple months ago, couldn't have the pool functioning in time after we were told the pool would be open by Libby. Crystal(owners right hand man) said if we didn't come even though the kids wouldn't have a pool they'd charge us for cancelling. We asked for a discount from the inflated price bc we wouldn't have a pool which was the only reason we booked. She said no, owner said he doesn't do that. So we have done a lot of sitting around and much lost vacation time and money for my children to watch teenagers party on the playground equipment while listening to rap and getting drunk. Place is not suitable for children that haven't experienced bad language or intoxicated people. They also wouldn't place is by each other which I had set up . The kids have nothing to do, nobody worked on the pool once like they claimed they were working on so so very hard on the phone. I've been coming here since I had kids, and to the lake since I was a baby. I'm surprised they did this, I won't be back. Pretty sure they're trying to get every penny before losing or selling the property, I don't know why they'd treat regulars like that if not.

A great place to stay while visiting Clearwater. Lake! The kids loved the pool, playground, and ice cream from the store! The cabins are great, especially now with the wifi in each cabin! I have been going there for over 7 years now and I haven't been disappointed yet! I am excited to see how much they will expand!

The pool is not open. Did not find out until we got down there. Doesn't give a discount for the amenities not working.

The camp ground is nicely located, close to Clearwater, clean, showers were nice and hot, pool was great. The shop was super convenient and does serve food, staff is really nice. Reason for 3 stars, this should be advertised as noisy, more party type of campground. My husband, my 7yo, 10mo, and myself were kept up until 3 AM with loud music, yelling, four wheelers/ATV’s racing around the gravel road, and just lots of partying all weekend long. The campers next to us were also a family with young kids, and they left early Saturday morning even though they paid for two nights, driving all the way from IL. It is definitely not young family centered type campground, which is fine, we just wish it was advertised somewhere that there are no quiet hours, and more focused on partying into the wee hours of the morning. With a kid and a baby, it was a very long weekend for us, with very little sleep.
