First off Marley in the office was top notch! She helped with a few matters and her response was spot on. She's one the best of the 210 resorts we have visited. The resort is beautiful. Lots of beautiful vegetation between lots. Constantly being groomed. The pools are heated and warm. Bath houses are plentiful, tile and nice. Big laundry in two locations. Only reason we didn't give 5 stars is the highway noise. We were in lot 4 on the water and the noise was so bad it wasn't pleasant to sit outside. The east side of the park is loud. The west side is up against a water park that is probably found when it opens on March 6th. Our guess is the park is 75% French speaking Canadians. We felt like the foreigners here.
We had a great time! The only thing that I did not like was the long wait for the rides. Fast passes are definitely needed at this park. They just don't offer any. The food was decent, especially if you are hungry. Bathrooms are pretty clean. It was worth the drive. My family and I had great time. Go for it! You and the family will definitely enjoy your day!
Great place for large rv
One thing about this place is they are not afraid to charge you huge money. Lots go for $225,000 now they were $100,000 last year. The place is meticulously kept but this is not New York City or LA where a parking spot should cost that . Im sure the existing owners are very happy.
Nice rides however you will spend more than 45 minutes waiting for your turn. Employees were extremely slow and could expedite the operation with better communication among eachother. They stopped the operation twice due to potential lightning, people were extremely upset and some of them got into an argument with the staff since no one noticed the lightning. They gave us 2 tickets to return, however we will not use them since we did not enjoy the visit this time.
