Valencia Travel Village RV Resort

After reading the reviews I was hesitant on staying here. But I have to admit I am surprised on how great this place really is. 5 minutes to magic mountain and 30 minutes to the beach. Lots of places to explore in the area. Has two pools a game room and event banquet hall and plenty of other things to do insight. I can’t wait to visit again soon. Also Pam and Jesse are both wonderful people it was a pleasure to meet the both of them.

We absolutely love this park! We stayed for a year while my husband worked up there! We met some amazing people that we will have a friends forever! Even though we don’t live there anymore we will definitely be back for some weekends!

Was there 1-23-24, the fire had the power company doing rolling blackouts, which is understandable. However, I checked in at 1pm, and at 130pm, the power was cut off. The park failed to notify the new check-ins that the power was going to be off till 930pm or longer. They didn't give us a choice to stay or leave they just didn't say anything. We had no access to any of the amenities offered so essentially I paid $80 for dry camping and when I asked for compensation I was told to go to an site to file a claim with the power company and the park couldn't do anything on thier end. I feel ripped off.

The Valencia RV Travel Village is decent but has its pros and cons. The facilities are clean, which is a big plus, but the sites are really tight—feels like you’re packed in like sardines. Some of the live-in sites are pretty junky, so it gives off more of a mobile home park vibe than a vacation RV park. That said, the people are friendly, and the location is fantastic for exploring the surrounding areas. Overall, it’s okay if you’re just looking for a place to park while you check out the local attractions.

I'm shocked at the service here. I ordered an electrical part for my rig to be sent here, but had to change plans for a health emergency. I paid for the night, due to late cancellation. The staff wouldn't help *in any way* too get my part returned to Amazon. Not help with ups pick up, not accept compensation to drop it at ups store (with qr code). Nothing. Their only option was pick it up myself (i live 4 hours away), or we are going to KEEP IT!!!! What?! That's crazy. I can document health need and everything. Shocked at the lack of compassion. Just AWFUL service. Stay away
