This RV park has everything you need. Great monthly prices with cable TV and WiFi are included. Laundry room on site with 4 washers. The dryers work fantastic. Good and clean facilities. They fill propane on site. They'll come pick up your tank and deliver back to your lot. The park is close enough to everything you could need. Safeway is directly across the street, Walmart is right behind it. There are several fast food places within 2 blocks, as well as a medical dispensary. Loved this place. I would definitely stay again!
Top notch. Delta is a beautiful little place and this RV park makes it that much more wonderful! I stayed in a Class C RV for a few nights and have since decided to winter here as well. They have a sparkling pool during the summer, laundry facilities, hot showers, well lit and level spots with full hook ups at rates that are from the 90's, plus they literally have the cheapest propane in town! The park is huge, well maintained, the staff is awesome, always ready to lend a hand if need be. These are good honest folks providing a safe and quiet place to call home. All the others I've had the pleasure of meeting here are just regular people looking to live their lives, be good neighbors and care about where they live as well. I highly recommend this RV park for both an overnight or a long term stay. Very happy to have found this park!
Nice clean . Pool, swings, showers close to everything. I love it so much so green . Retirement community atmosphere .no wild parties just children laughing.
Disappointed that the pool was closed for no reason. When we asked why, they told us it was closed for weather (which has completely cleared up) and that they weren’t going to open it because it too close to dawn. It is only 7pm, plenty of time to swim. Sad to choose a place based on the amenities and not get to use them, in 80 degree weather. Such a bummer.
Took a trip back to Delta for some training and decided to try using the camper instead of a motel room this time. Mistake on my part, but at least the place was cheap, around $85 for two nights. Too bad my AC wouldn’t work and there was a bad heat wave going on. Anyway, the biggest upside is it is cheap, has a pool, has laundry facilities, and, aside from one or two neighbors, is quiet. The downside is that it is also near a railroad track and the last freight runs through at around midnight; all trains must blow the horn at all crossings during the night. Needless to say, it made for horrible sleep to get up early from. I would not use the place again while on a schedule, but just maybe for taking the family with just to go to Delta, one of the friendlier towns you’ll ever find anywhere.
