Two years ago this place was a lot of fun to work and stay at and had beenfor 15+ years when Darwin and Glenda were the Managers. They were top notch people and were always making sure you were happy as a worker and a resident. They would always have time for anyone that needed anything. They noticed the hard work and would let you know how much they appreciate all you do. Being very thankful for all your hard work. Never making you feel belittled. New Managers are ruining everything they worked so hard for over 15 years to build. Workers are quiting or getting let go for doing things that both new managers do regularly. Residents are selling and the place has not been so empty since covid. It's really sad how fast two new Managers can completely ruin a good thing and place. They are in way over there head and don't understand how to treat people and manage workers. They talk open to employees about other current managers saying some very bad things. Very unprofessional in so many ways. Look at other Cal-am properties as Managers at other locations are professional and great people.
Live inside the community. Love it, but yearly pad fees are very steep! Consider checking around at other RV resorts.
