Rent there is insane for what you are getting. My friend lived in this park in a mobile home that is actually divided in half so they can rent out both sides. Although it is nice inside it just ain't enough space. Kitchen, living room, and dinning room are open however you really don't have room to put furniture. The bedrooms are about the same size as the 3 room put together. The door is in a weird position so you actually have to push yourself up against the toilet just to shut the door. Other then that the outside is not to eye appealing really don't see anyone taking care of the property. But they are always people right around on golf carts.

Nice clean safe location. Stayed for 2 months with no problems. Pet friendly. Only negative is no internet but you cant have everything.
