Vine Ridge Resort

We stayed in unit 141 which had more privacy than the units in the middle. Each unit is own by different owners so what you get inside your cabin, is different than the other. Pros: - location is between Niagara Falls and Niagara on the lake. - reasonable price - clean Cabins - easy access in and out - quick custom service when we had problems with our heating and CO detectors beeping - lots of cabinets and storage area so you do not feel over crowded in the small area - well equipped kitchen with nice dishes - that cabin had wifi and tv ( not all of them do) Cons: - there was a lingering smell of smoke in the cabin and in the sofa and pillows in master bedroom - a quick reference manual would be good to reference how to ( switching the gas when one is empty, where to dispose garbage, amenities in the reset, nearby winery,…) - strong smell of urine in one of the bathroom as i think the mat required good wash. Also mold smell under the kitchen sink cabinet. - hand soap and dish soap and sponge and paper towel should have been included. - the additional bedrooms were so small. If you are claustrophobic, not suitable

Outstanding staff. Can't say enough about them. Truely awesome people. Couple small issues and they felt with promptly. Great location and value. Slight dissatisfied with what our rooms were to what they were described as but that has no bearing at all on the place as the cabin is privately owned it falls with them

Having not spent time as a vacation destination but rather as a business point, I have watched as this tiny, tired nook of a park has blossomed into one of Niagara's foremost destinations. Without a doubt, the ownership has taken this diamond in the rough and changed it into a thriving and enjoyable place to stay. Friendly staff are there to aid you and provide information readily and professionally.

We absolutely loved this place! So calm, so chill. The neighbors are real nice and our host was so accomodating. It's in between Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake do you get the best of both worlds but I honestly loved my stay here. Would stay here again and again and again!

This is in best location of vineyards, walking distance to Niagara riverviews. The pools are good, you can rent bike at site. Secure place. Kid friendly calm and relaxing
