I looked into this area, and this doesn’t look right. It looks like it’s in a private subdivision. I don’t believe you can do that. So this must be a fake site. There are reputable campgrounds that have good ratings close to National Park, or within the Park itself. THIS place looks sketchy!
It is illegal to camp/RV in Alamosa County without a permitted OWTS. The authorities will be called and people will be removed.
