Customer Reviews
DO NOT GET ANY CLOSE TO THIS COMPANY! The salesperson will convince you to buy something, and after one year, everything changes. I visited one of their resorts, and they offered a year contract for $2500 with the option to renew for more than five years, paying only $1000.00. After one year, we called the salesperson to continue for more than five years, but he jumped the price to $1600.00, plus a $600.00 extra fee yearly, for no reason. I tried calling the salesperson to negotiate, and he sent me to the management. I have been trying to reach the manager for almost a month, and she never called me back. Can you believe it? If you are RV person, find a more reliable and respectful company to deal with. We lost a LOT OF MONEY!
Buyer beware! High pressure sales pitch to get you to buy in for “lifetime membership” know that you will buy into the ghetto of high fees with low/no maintenance and no response to your inquiries and concerns. Overgrown with nasty foxtails, potentially fatal for your dogs. Maintenance is non existent. They charge quarterly “maintenance” fees, however, maintenance is deferred at best. Unsafe to dangerous conditions at the campsites that don’t get addressed, dirty bathrooms, campsites are not maintained, picnic tables suffer from dry rot. Ants and other bug infestations are rampant. Promised on site security is non existent. Dogs running off leash repeatedly without being addressed. Poolside safety is non existent. The sites are on top of each other and don’t allow for privacy. Traffic noise is loud and goes on all night. Two sections of campsites divided by high speed, high traffic highway. No cell or Wi-Fi/satellite reception, they offer a ridiculously priced Wi-Fi option 80 bucks a night or more. If you get your free weekend camping because you bought a new rv, try it out, but don’t let them sucker you into signing up. Once you do, you will never get a response from them again. I have sent more than 15 email over a 5 month period, with NONE of my concerns being addressed or acknowledged. all they want is your money, they don’t give two sh…ts about you after you are on the hook. RUN, find other options for camping in the local area. Ask around and talk to other members, let them tell you about raw sewage flowing through the campsite, and all the other sub par conditions. If you have any standard and expectation of return value for your investment, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU! If I could give the negative five stars, I would!
Good campground, friendly campers and staff, clean restrooms.
The property is kept clean. the interior of the buildings are kept clean. No mice or rodents no snakes and quiet. kid friendly, dog friendly and a playground
Camping on the Delta. Fishing and hunting near by. Only problem we have had is with our new 5th wheel trailer. It rides low in the front and because the roadway is elevated slightly, we scrape the ground when backing into some of the sites. We put air bags on the truck so hoping it helps the next time we go.
