Wagon Trail Campground

what a phenomenal campground! Super friendly staff, amazing bathrooms and showers and overall an outstanding destination. When we arrived to our campsite, it was freshly raked out and completely level. We already booked our stay for next year.

Very friendly and helpful staff made our vacation to Door County much more enjoyable. The facilities, including restrooms and showers, were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Our site was conveniently close to amenities, offering both privacy and ease of access. A short walk/drive took us to a serene beach on Lake Michigan, perfect for relaxing. While the dark sky park is only a short drive away, we found the night skies at the campground equally stunning for stargazing. Overall, I highly recommend Wagon Trail for both its beauty and superb management. It’s a fantastic spot for families and solo travelers alike, and I would definitely return.

We tent camp and use electricity so we got a water and electricity spot and it was so nice and quiet and dark! Every other campground I've been to has street or yard lights around but it's dark here which I love. The restrooms are lit and the showers and toilets are some of the nicest I've come across. The camp store had reasonable prices and there was a game room next door that stayed open until 10pm. It seems a little out of the way but its close to everything-I think the furtherest we drove was 25 minutes to Newport park. Great spot and we will be coming back!

Best campground ever! We have been staying there for years now. Staff are so diligently clean and keep the campground spotless. Staff are also super friendly and willing to help out with whatever you may need. Shoutout to owner Tim who is incredible as well!

I rented a yurt it was so cute had electric, a heater, water on my site. Nice seating at the fire ring. Bathrooms and showers are the best Iv ever c seen at a camp ground . The staff was amazing and so friendly. I would 100% come back !
