Our family adored our visit at this sweet little campground. After a summer of tenting, my kids pleaded for us to stay in a trailer or a cabin. We stayed in the premium rental which has two trailers, a cook tent and a huge site, definitely could accommodate reunions or other get togethers. There were so many thoughtful touches in the trailer and site, we highly recommend. The campsite owners are so sweet, when we were leaving I asked the kids how their trip was, they said they loved the playground and Shawna was so nice, they want to be her friend. Everyone we interacted with treated us like family :) The general store has pretty much everything you could think of, they have books and board games to borrow so even a rainy day wouldn’t dampen spirits. The prices are super reasonable, my kids found a few treasures and really had a great time. Thanks so much for such a great stay :)
We love our Wagons West family! That's how we feel when we are here, like family. This is our home away from home. Our 7 year old daughter is able to explore and form friendships with other campground kids. There's a playground, a little village, and they have a money pit. Sometimes they have special events like building bird houses, stain glass painting, etc. Highly recommend camping here if you haven't yet.
My wife and I spent a week hunting in the area and booked a site here. It was the coldest week of the year so far, and it dumped a bunch of snow. We were the only people in the campground when we arrived; they had our spot cleared of snow and ready to go! Snow was also cleared first thing in the morning before daylight; they even blew our vehicle off every morning! Very friendly people, facilities were clean and kept in good order. 10/10 will definitely stay here again when we hunt next year.
Really awesome campground on the outskirts of Sundre Alberta. Family friendly with park/playground space and a large fenced-in dog park. They also offer rv storage. On site, you will find a well equipped store with everything from rv supplies to snacks, as well as laundry facilities and washrooms.
