Great stopover point for us. It was very simple to book, get ourselves checked in hooked up. It’s very flat, parking lot style with lots of room for slide outs. They have a dog park. Very simple but easy stay. Thanks.
Sites are very close together. They are FHU. Only about 7 to 9 of the total sites are 50amp. Rest are 30amp. Roads in park can be tight, we had trouble getting past an F350 work truck that wasn't pulled very far into his site. Also, the trees need to be trimed along road and in sites to ensure they don't hit RVs. Rain Rock Casino is about a mile up the road. We went there to eat and the food was very bad. Don't recommend eating there.
The rv park was clean and quaint. There after hour checkbin instructions were easy to follow. The sites had picnic tables and a board for your table to bbq. We enjoyed our stay. The site size were good too.
Basically headed S on I 5 and needed a place for the night with hookups for my 25' class C. It was perfect. They take drop ins, are very polite, and have the basic amenities of hookups and propane and a few snacks in the office. Showers cost 25 cents for 3 minutes, which was totally worth it, and the clothes dryer was 2 dollars for 1 hour. As everyone else has said, the spots are small, but adequate.
The bathrooms are clean but it is not a visibly appealing campground. The staff was very nice and helpful. If you are going to the casino or country fair they have the best location in town.
