We spent 5 days here over Thanksgiving break. They got us in a day early and close to the playground for our kids. We enjoyed the petting zoo, the trails around the property and the staff is super friendly. Definitely will be back to enjoy the pool, it would have been nice to have a hot tub made before those cooler months
This is an interesting campground with both short and long term stays. It is the cleanest long term campground I have ever stayed in. You cannot even tell that some of the residents are long term. It has walking trails, a petting zoo, pickleball, a pool, a community room, an exercise area and so much more. We have visited there a few times now and always enjoy our stay. The owners are super nice and go out of their way to make sure your experience there is a good one.
The best RV Park we’ve ever stayed. Top notch customer service from the owners. Clean facilities, club house, and pool. Always maintained area. Quiet and good all around people. Great things to do during the week especially the weekends, live music, food truck, corn hole, and bar. All this places needs to be a 10.0 on the 5.0 scale, is a concrete slab to work on your vehicle.
My husband and I traveled to WALKABOUT RV PARK for the first time and decided to try it out due to the warm greeting we received by the office staff. We really appreciated the warm hospitality and friendly neighbors within the park over the weeks of our stay. Very relaxing environment with clean laundrymat area and clean restrooms for all campers in the park. This park provides many activities for all guest especially during holidays. Went on my first trip in my Class A pusher pulling a 28ft trailer and needed propane for the rv, so stopped in at Walkabout Camp omw to South Fla. You know when you just get a feeling that a place is great? Well that's exactly how I felt upon arrival and decided to stay for the night. The staff was great and didn't even bat an eye when i said my rig was 70ft long. The place is pristine, spotless and just beautiful and peaceful and yes the chickens are awesome lol. Once I was in my spot I was welcomed by my neighbors as if I was an old friend. I would recommend Walkabout Camp 100% and will definitely be staying there again soon.
