Free campsite with a beautiful view. There are two car sites with fire pits, tables, and shade structures. There is no running water and no trash cans, so make sure to bring water and trashbags. I stayed here for two nights and had a wonderful experience, the stars are amazing!
BLM campground at Walker Pass PCT trailhead with a couple vaulted toilets. Mostly tent and car camping, a few can support smaller RV/trailer that can get through the huge potholes, take it slow and maneuver. No water, trash or cell service, please leave no trace. Night sky is incredible!
Great for stargazing. It has two bathrooms, two spots for car camping, the other 5-6 are tent spots.
Awesome free campground! Not too hot in the evenings and great views.
