Nice place for a quick stop over-They make a WONDERFUL PIZZA and deliver it to your campsite!! Loved that service - Enjoyed Topaz lake and Casino… fun little place 10 minutes away.
We love camping at Walker River Resort. Campground is peaceful and beautiful. They have great little walking trails and dog areas. They have different things to do horseshoe pits, Frisbee golf, multiple shooting ranges, river, little ponds, community fire pits, swimming pool, bar, offroad trails. Great place for a weekend getaway.
The resort wasn't open yet but was really nice and clean. The campgrounds are very well kept. The cabins look like they would also be charming. The staff that was there were very helpful and pleasant.
The resort is great, and the amenities are abundant. There is plenty of riding to be done off the property with plenty of destinations nearby. The resort has a bar and a pool, amongst other things, for longer stays, and the property is well kept. They do their best to keep everyone respectful with the offroad vehicles utilizing a strict set of rules to try and make it a good time for all (not just the offroaders). There is river access, cabins, clay shooting, a pistol range, and a general store all within a few minutes. Great spot. Highly recommended.
Trailer spots were pretty small, we had water and power hookups but no waste even though the pipes were there and charged the same, all in all had a good time
