Walmar Manor Campground

If you want a no frills place to stay near Gettysburg without paying the high prices, this us a good choice. Way too many people living here. Very quiet with extremely friendly staff.

We had a very nice stay. Jeff was very accommodating and helpful with all our requests. Easy check in and check out. Would recommend this campground highly.

Nice camp ground - we have stayed 3x. Each Memorial Day we go to a Blues festival in Mechanicsburg and then drive down to grab a tent site. Nice quiet campground, we always get a spot, nice little grassy area with a creek in the back! Dog friendly!

Mostly quiet except for the person who is blaring their radio and a woman outside yelling at 10:00 at night. Most people work and have small kids who are sleeping have a little respect!

Great place to stop for the night or weekend. Nothing fancy. Nice pool, bath houses were clean. Mostly full time rvs but our spot was just what we needed as we had activites away from the campground planned. Very good price and wifi worked good.

I loved it here. If I could move there I would stay forever. Might just look into the area now that I see how peaceful it is. This is the place to stay if you like to be in the back, nice & quiet, and staff that listens this is the place for you. It books fast so if you need it you might want to call today.

Quiet campground. Great value ...not a resort, although does have a pool. If you want a quiet, clean, camping site without all the extras, I would recommend this one.

A great place to stay while seeing the sites of Gettysburg and the Military Park. It's a short 20 min drive to be able to visit all the sights that Gettysburg has to offer. The park is pretty clean despite the fulltime/seasonal rigs that tend to create some unkept grounds. So, just look past that and enjoy your stay. Jeff in the office is very nice and accommodating to whatever you may need.
