Camped 2 days October, water had been shutdown for winter and no trash cans. Bathrooms could definitely be cleaner and the noise from Hwy 6 at night was annoying but bearable. But all in all a cool campground

Nice campground just outside of Ely. Relatively quiet, but you can hear a bit of the highway traffic. Water was off for the winter. Basic clean toilets. I believe all sites are first come first serve and you can only book one night at a time. I had cell service (Verizon) and could pay using QR code at kiosk. Plenty of trails all around, but not the most exciting for mtb riding. Everything looked liked old fire road, but you can connect over to single track on the other side of the mountain if you don’t mind a climb.

Motorcycled from Sacramento area, stayed here near Ely in late September. Good base for exploring the area - one hour from Great Basin Natl Park. Being a senior, cost was only $6/night. Well maintained, clean - good spot. It's pretty high elevation, so expect cool/cold nights.

This is a wonderful campground tucked away off hwy 6 outside of Ely, NV. The campground hosts were so sweet. This campground has three loops with water and vault toilets in each. Group use areas are also offered. The sites are well spaced, separated by junipers and pines. Sporting picnic tables, grills, and fire pits (no fires right now very high fire danger) the spaces are suitable for smaller rvs and tents. Some sites are large enough for bigger rvs but spaces are mostly back in. This campground is the trailhead for some great hiking trails.

Clean modern US Forest Service Campground. Has reservable and non reservable sites. Easy access off US 93 out of Ely. The sites have new picnic tables, charcoal grills, camp stove stands, and fire rings. We'll packed gravel for RV or Tent camping. Some of the cleanest Pit Toilets I've seen.

The campsite was spacious. There was a picnic table, fire ring, beautiful sunset, and I love the smell of the trees. Dry camping for senior pass us only $4 a night.
