Great spot to visit if you are an equestrian, staging area is well maintained, nice pavilion, and equestrian camping.
Love this area for riding horses. Pretty basic, but pretty area and well taken care of.
I am a hiker, and hike this area a lot, and it is a pleasure to share the trails with such nice people that are out for a ride. Just a bit of advise for other hikers, when you approach a horse, talk to them and move off the trail, they have the right of way.
Was a great day! Wish that they would do something about all of the Boulder rocks and trees that have fallen on the paths. Its not as nice as it was when I was younger. But still fun!
Clean and easy parking, great trails, worth the drive.
