I stayed here a few years back, I was there to go on a charity bike ride at roundhouse which is basically across the road. They are bike friendly and basically friendly all around, I'll be staying here again this year. The only small issues I had was the water preasure was pretty high which isn't a bad thing just make sure you have a preasure regulator in your hose. The other was once in awhile there's alittle truck noise but if it's summer and the ac is on you don't hear it nite. Friendly and clean I would recommend

Found this little gem hidden off of Rt764 by Carson Valley Cemetery. Absolutely amazed at how many games they have! If you haven't tried your luck playing PA Skill games, come to Scott's Arcade and see if you can leave a winner! Very nice owners as well.

Horrible place to stay at if you’re not local/permanent they charge double lot rent. The electric bill is high even if you barely use it. I wouldn’t recommend hiring the maintenance service WE PAID $350 dollars for them to fix our furnace, it messed up 2 weeks later and wanted to charge us ANOTHER couple hundred to come look again. The “maintenance” guy is always in everyone’s business and complains about dogs barking even though it’s a pet-friendly rv park. They don’t even send every receipt for what you pay for and if they do they are not always correct and you’ll end up owing a large sum of money. There’s an old man living there that was always staring even waited outside the bathroom one time.
