In general this was an ok stay, this is the third time we have stayed in this uint. Newer furniture than last time but not comfortable, bed mattress awful. Huge sink hole in middle. Couch too small no back support. Air Conditioning has been changed out for cheaper version, seems ok in main room, ok but not ideal in bed room, on /off noise, all night long. And the bathroom was not conditioned nor vented as before thus mold and bad smells linger, per building codes requires exhaust fan and heat. Overall cabin ok but I found half of operable windows open upon arrival. And a few open from top and not able to close, thus drafts and bugs, getting in. In past a few fire logs where part of the package cost, now they are extra?? And overall unit price has double since our last stay. In general had a nice weekend with wife, tried to overlook these items, but not happy with price vs accommodations. Seemed to be alot of additional look see, drive thru as well. Not as quiet and safe feeling as before. Gate was always open from our view. Exterior of cabin in need of repairs, deck rotten, sink hole on main pathway to deck. Fire pit chairs all rotten and not usable. Occasional bad smell, ?? Old duct work maybe has rodents, since not in use and traps outside messy. Totally could have used a spring deep clean inside and out. We did not see staff or have contact other than email and general txt if check in and check out. Disappointed overall.
This place is MAGICAL. I truly believe a Hallmark movie could be filmed here. My family of 5 loves to travel and we accidentally found the pines cabin in Ocoee. We loved it. They pay attention to every little detail. From the porch swings to huckleberry fin in the nightstand. This is the spot. The fireplace is amazing. The view is amazing. The staff is amazing. I am truly impressed
Our "girls getaway" for 3 days was a birthday celebration at the Ocoee cabin. Everyone enjoyed sitting on the porch enjoying the beautiful view of the Ocoee River. The quiet surroundings were very refreshing and relaxing. The cabin is charming and comfortable. There are several locations near the cabin with seating to enjoy the view. I highly recommend this retreat and hope to return!
OMG it was very very clean I have never stayed at an air BNB. Ur staff was very very friendly. We r planning to come back for the summer. I would like to reserve the three bedroom on the hill in August. Well worth the money Thank u Kim Kelly.
We loved our stay at the Creek crest cabin! We were comfortable and had all the necessities to cook meals! The river, creek and pavillion/dock were beautiful! The boys really enjoyed finishing. We hope to return as a family again next year!
