This place is great! There's nice bathrooms, laundry and showers up front at the little store. Also outhouses spread throughout the campground for convenience. The water at the beach is very dark, so idk about seaweed. The kids playground is fantastic!! Very friendly.

Please update all of your sites to inform potential campers that you no longer allow alcohol in the campground, that's just shady business. You are going to lose all you business, as seen by all your seasonal lots that have pulled out, due to your new rules.

Nice campground with friendly staff. It has a beach area and a dock. Our site had water and electricity, both 30 and 50 amp. It was quiet: no loud music, no loud drunk people, no screaming kids. There isn’t much to do in the area as Grand Rapids is about 20 miles away. It’s a good campground to just relax and read or have fun on the lake. There are also hiking trails.

This campground is a good choice if looking for inexpensive, mediocre camping facilities. As camping goes the neighboring campers can make or break a visit so that’s not on them but I had to leave early due to loud, crude language … definitely wasn’t “family friendly” , drunk talk is annoying, especially at 1am Nice playground structure for kids, beach could use some TLC/.drudge and add a couple benches. The picnic.table was broken ion my site, fire pit too small for decent fire.

Great camping area and incredible atmosphere. Super clean and very friendly. Everyone here is so helpful and incredible. We keep coming back because it is the most peaceful place to go and we love the people and everything about this place! Recommend to anyone who wants a nice getaway and to meet some new lifelong friends!
