This is our first time staying here. 3 nights in our Motorhome with electric hook up. We ate in the hotel for my birthday as a treat. I would just like to say, this place has a special friendly vibe to it. Not only do you feel very welcome but also, very safe. The dogs on site are the best too. Very loving and friendly. The food was very good and a nice selection. I was even presented with a birthday cake as a surprise by the chef. !! Too place. Don’t hesitate to visit.

The staff were very friendly, and the charity thing is admirable. It's certainly not a 5 star hotel. It's a B&B at best. The house is within the campsite / motorhome area and is a non profit supporting homeless people, dogs and van lifers. Everyone was very nice, but there were a lot of dogs and a constant smell of weed. It's like a commune. Cool, if you know what you are buying. The breakfast is nothing more than a kettle, instant coffee and a few slices of bread. But hey. It's free. I went to Starbucks anyway ;)

What an amazing place! Andru and Robin have created something truly magical here, the house is stunning and the campsite is spacious and so well looked after, it was a real delight to be greeted with such a friendly and welcoming check in! Highly recommended!

The property is beautiful and friendly staff too! The setup for campers is great with level pitches available all over the grounds. We came in winter and there was a warm fire in the clubhouse area available to all.

Rip off. Charged higher rate and only given partial refund when promised a full one. Now ignoring all my communication . Called with a booking enquiry and was told the prices i seen on booking.Com were incorrect and was changed a higher rate when booking direct. I had to cancel this within 24 hours and i and requested a refund.. which I was told was processed. Only processed half the refund and after lots of back and forth was given excuses about banking errors failing to process the further £ 100 I am owed. They are now not responding to my messages or calls. I can't comment on the site as I didn't stay here as cancelled within 24 hours. Please do due diligence and ensure u book with credit card or agent with good refund policy. Direct ripped me off. Read other reviews carefully. Lots of complaints about facilities loos dogs and dog poo covering site. To add to this I now have a criticism for my review despite still being owed £100 that I was told I would be given which was "pending a bank transfer error with their bank"
