It's not a bad neighborhood although some neighbors are a little sus. Keep your head down and mind your business and its a great place to rent. Glad someone is doing something about the stray cat problem 👍 thank you to whomever is getting rid of those vile creatures

The white pole brings memories because I sat there with my mother before I was arrested the next morning. My Mother and Step Father lived at West Mesa Trailer Court for Years. Brings back memories. I miss my Mother because she passed away after I got out of prison in 2012 and she passed July 4th 2014. I miss her so much. Thank you for showing me the area on Google maps.

I lived here in 2018-2019. Sound LLC. I personally had no issues, getting into the Park. MELISSA made everything a great process. it was fast. C-2 was not in the best shape, i needed a place to call home, small living room and bathroom, kitchen I could turn around in and it, i barely fit in the shower. But in all, no problems with any one, maybe because I kept to myself.

I went to pick some friends up to take them shopping. Man alive was it hard to get in and out of this place. There is literally only room for only one way traffic to drive thru yet no safety signs are posted as to which way you can go. The trailers are so close together that they look like sardines smashed in a can. It looks very trashy and unkept. If you want my honest opinion I wish I had the money to move my friends out of there.

The park is run by drunks the manager is not on site but a drunk and protects the other drunks who live here. Owners make promises without keeping them or no intention of doing so. The owners make unrealistic demands of residents.
