We’ve camped at several state parks in AL and TN. This was our first GA state park and it has by far been the nicest state park we have stayed at. We had site #39 and it was level and spacious for our RV. The campground is super clean. The bathhouse was very clean and nice. There was a good size playground for kids. We have no complaints. This was among our favorite places to camp and we hope to come back soon. Highly recommend commend the West Rim trail. It can be accessed by a trail from the campground. We took a left at the tee and not a right. Right leads to hundreds of stairs. Left leads to the loop. It was a great trail that went along the rim. Beautiful views!

Great state park. we camped in April with our travel trailer and has been great. The camp sites are spread out and relatively private. They have just put sewer in for a bunch of the sites west rim loop. Our site was pretty level, nice grill and fire ring.

What an awesome park!! This is one of our favorite Georgia State Parks. We've camped here several times. The sites are spacious and private. We will continue to visit this wonderful park as long as we're able. Update... Christmas weekend 2023: Just added some pics of the newly remodeled campsites in the West Rim. Some of these sites are huge!! Check it out for yourself, you won't be disappointed.

We stayed in the West Rim Campground and i love the way it's laid out. Site 34 has multi levels, one for the camper, one which could be a sitting or tent area, and one for the firepit. It backs up to woods but also has an open area that you could play numerous games (cornhole, football, frisbee etc) It also has a picnic table, grill and fire ring (all were in amazing shape). We purchased firewood from the visitor center but you can also purchase from camp host. Currently it's $6 a bundle and they keep it in a cute little outhouse looking storage building lol. It is a very clean, well maintained and quiet (while we were there) campground. If you are even slightly considering staying here, just go ahead and book it. It's an amazing campground surrounded by an equally amazing State Park.

Such an amazing park. Clean and well maintained. Trails for hiking right from camp, fun to ride bikes and a great view. We'll be back for sure

Absolutely love this campground. Clean restrooms and plenty of warm water and shower pressure. Some of the sites are huge which we absolutely loved. Plenty of camp hosts to help. You can buy fire wood from them for $7. Fire pits and picnic table. Loved hiking to both falls and doing the west rim trail. There isn’t a laundry close besides one in Trenton that has a 2.7 star rating for a reason. The visitor center has souvenirs. Great place to stay

One of the nicest campgrounds we have stayed at. Sites are large, well maintained, level and spaced out nicely. Playground was great and the bathrooms look brand new and kept very clean . Campground was very quiet at night
