Vince is very friendly and helpful! The park has beautiful views of the Sangre de Cristo Mtns. It was very clean and quiet. The laundry was small but very clean! I would definitely recommend this rv park!!!

I was lucky enough to be here when an unexpected spring snow storm hit. The location is great, within walking distance of everything in town. Vince took great care of us and the park while we rode it out. Beautiful view of the Sangres too! Thank you!
Quaint small park, walkable to either Westcliffe or Silver Cliff. Sites were tight, plenty of trees. Those trees need pruned back, however, in addition to ours, noticed probably 25% of the sites had trees that were on RV's. Vinny, the manager, was great. The views might be the best in the Rockies.
