We provide both RV sites and tent sites with essential facilities including restrooms, picnic areas, and fire pits. Our operating hours are designed to accommodate your travel plans. We’re open on Fridays from 12:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and on weekends from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Please note that we are closed on Mondays through Thursdays.

My husband and I decided that each year of our wedding anniversary we want to try to go somewhere different and new to us. Our first anniversary we spent at Whippoorwill Lake! Beautiful little gem!! The 7 hour drive was worth it. The staff are great! and people around were nice.
We recently visited for the first time and we were thoroughly impressed! The admission price was decent and we had a great day at the lake. The shallow waters were just the perfect temperature for a sun-filled day for our family. We are looking forward to return and hopefully experience the campgrounds and explore this lake a lot more.

Very beautiful lake love to camp there but the bathrooms could be a little bit more cleaner I wish the showers had a place for you to put your stuff except for on the ground
Fair lake with swimming in a sandy beach. Has a small store for small needs. If you are tent camping, the tent sites are becoming fewer each year and are on the back far side of the lake on the side of the hill. It's a long walk to swimming. Also the population is mostly atv folks in permanent camping trailers. If you want a nice family spot with tent camping look elsewhere. Good for a day swim.
