When we arrived at the campground we stopped at the office to check in and buy firewood. We were told to go forward and around a curve to the campground, we drove around forever (close to an hour) without finding the campground (going back to the office twice to ask directions again) and finally we stopped and asked some random people that were sitting in their car how to get to white fox campground, we had been pointed in the opposite direction by the person in the office. We finally found our spot. I was in Albert Lea to visit my daughter, I was almost 2 hours late. But the campground itself was nice.

The state park has improved some since I got kicked out for no reason. Still won't camp there, to many snobs! And they don't like cats!

Neighbors to the campground were shooting late into the night. We were told there is a skeet shooting range nearby. Would not stay here again.

Just passing through for an overnight. Clean restrooms, and friendly staff. Might have been a 5 star, if it hadn't just rained, so it was muddy.
