I stayed two nights in mid-October at a walk-in tent site for $8/night. Drive-up sites are $10 and seem to be booked on weekends. Nice camp, I barely saw anyone else. Each site has a fire ring/grill and a picnic table. Plenty of latrines, toilet paper, trash cans, and water. RV hookups are across the street at Lowden. Beautiful forest with a ~1-mile trail loop. Check in with the camp host at Lowden. He was fine, but didn't seem to know where the sites were. I had 4G LTE signal. Some noise from trains, trucks, and planes. Also farm machinery noise at night. The RV camps were full, and when the wind changed, there was a strong citronella smell. Firewood is for sale by the camp host for about $7. No one bothered me. I'll be back!
Large campsites, plenty of grass, very friendly host, very peaceful! We plan on returning. There are no photos posted anywhere, so I shared a few of the sites online. Hope they help!
It was great for a family camping trip. Lots of water pumps.
