Camping area is very small & unlevel. Road is red dirt approximately 5 mi.
Very quiet park with 3 reservable sites and day use parking. Water access is very close. Water looks clean and is a very large body of water. There are 2 port-a-potties, picnic tables, fire pits and garbages.
The lake and ramp itself are nice. I would HIGHLY suggest you come from 77 and not Hwy 20. From 20 it’s a 5.5 mil dirt road that is very very rough, washboard.
Amazing visit, quiet, peaceful, a true place to get back to nature very safe
Not bad park clean only down side is one of the out houses does not lock and they were just about out of toilet paper but other than that has been an enjoyable experience still would like to know if there are Gators in the lake have not seen any thus far..
