Pretty little lake but the campground is not by it. It's down the road a ways. The sites near the lake are day use only. No water, bring your own. No hookups. Lots of border patrol since you are right by the border.
Love this little oasis away from the desert fishing swimming hiking and cliff jumping there are a few camp grounds in the area with a rest room near by dogs must be in a leash
Nice, no services except toilet. Lake within walking distance.
It is Beautiful... what the website or anybody doesn't tell you is how close to the border you are. Border patrol driving by campsite every 30 -40 mins and they watch you. And EVERYTHING YOU DO the entire stay. Camp host is like a typical host. Felon, late 50's. People staying at his camper so when he tells you his sob story and you take him to town for supplies, his peeps are going through your tent or anything you have at campsite. Land of the free? I had to pay government to tell me where I could and couldn't camp. The next day checkout is at noon. Camping or poor mans hotel?
Beautiful area. Plenty of room for a 27' trailer in site 10, site 9 is large so the combo of 9 & 10 is where to meet friends. No water around so you have to bring your own
