Customer Reviews
My wife and I were displaced from our home and we were welcomed to stay at Whiteface Campground. What gracious wonderful hosts they are. Highly recommend due to clean beautiful campsites, beach, store supplies etc.
We stayed at seasonal site 44 and couldn't have been happier! The campground was well maintained and the bathrooms were always clean. TJ, the campground manager, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back next summer!
Campground was great and rustic. Lots of privacy. Could barley see neighbors through trees. I stayed at site #26 and had a boat. Great place to pull boat up at campsite. Only about 100' walk on trail from site to boat. Kids even went swimming where we pulled boat up because it's all sand. Fishing was slow but caught small walleye and pike. Lake is beautiful but VERY easy to get lost without gps. Campground has 2 small beaches near boat launch. Boat launch was a short drive to campsite. Maybe about 1 mile away.
Whiteface, Is the most family friendly campsite around, With wonderful people that come here. No rift draft.! Teri, Campground host, And manager, Is very accommodating., And ever so helpful., With whatever issues anyone may have, And Always trying to Accommodate each person's specific needs. A wonderful place for family and friends to 🏕 camp.
Just spent 4 days here with my family of 5. Beautiful location! Campsites are clean and a perfect size for campers and tenters. Each site has a table and fire pit and feels secluded. The vault toilets are the cleanest I’ve ever seen, and they smell good too! The hosts are extremely hospitable and check in on you every now and then. They have a small convenience store at the entrance with snacks, ice, and firewood, so we never had to travel far. There was a small beach at the lake and a playground my kids loved! Highly recommend this spot.
