You’re pretty much camping out in someone’s back yard. Don’t let the pictures they post fool you. The pickleball and basketball court area looked like trash with random junk around it. Tried to cancel well in advance of staying and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and stated that their Facebook page says they don’t do refunds even though it doesn’t say that anywhere. Wasn't too crowded. Do have permanent campers that live there full time. No picnic tables, no grills, and no shade. Has a nice restroom, laundry area. Grass was mowed and there was someone while we was there that was weed eating. Nice and clean area!
