I work for the power company and travel a lot. I found this camp site couple months ago, and try to stay here as much as I can if I'm not too far. The owner of the property has been great to my father and I. Offers to help me all the time, and anytime he can. Truly makes you feel welcome and stress free. It's small, but very clean and is very close to everything in town. This camp site, has been my favorite to stay at while working out of Texas. The owner is 80 percent of the reason.

While teaching my children to use maps to learn our address and other family addresses, they accidentally left a poor star rating. We have never been on one of your campsites, but I will say that anytime we have passed by, they always look clean well maintained, and typically full of visitors.

We love this place. Management is wonderful. Maybe small but it’s close to everything. Don’t pay attention to the low reviews. We have been here for over a year while we are having a house built. Safe clean yard for grandson to play. Pet friendly. Whenever we needed anything the management was fast to respond.

It's a great place to camp. Nice shower houses but no hot water and a limited supply of tepid water in the middle nicest one. A Few covered picnic areas with electric access also makes it easy to host gatherings and social functions. I once thought it was simply a fairgrounds but it's so much more.

I spent a few months of my life here and enjoyed it thoroughly. Nice gravel spots with grass in between lots. I have stayed at some terrible places in the past, and this is NOT one of them. Great place, kind and helpful management.
