It was a great location and right about of seclusion. Beautiful views and clean shower/bathroom facility. Helpful and friendly staff. Many trails for nature walks and pretty Creek..love the place, it's a great place to get away....also the pool is pretty warm and refreshing...
We traveled from Oklahoma to New York for family reunion and found this place online. I’m sure glad that we chose this place. It’s an awesome place to camp. We were in a secluded area. We will definitely be returning next year for a week this time. Also the owner is amazing!!

Great Campground!!!!!!! The owners are awesome and are very helpful and informative. We used to stay up at the KOA the permanents there are not the friendliest to kids. We found are new annual Memorial Weekend spot we already booked 2025 trip. The owners are already looking to expand the property and add more sites. Pool is nice and clean and HEATED!!!!! The location is perfect for Bemus Point and boat launch and only a few miles away from Midway Amusement Park.
This place is a hidden gem. I never had the experience of this campsite prior to the new owners, but from my experience during Memorial Day weekend, the new owners appear to be doing a great job! The tent sites are very spacious and mostly shaded. The campground is dog friendly and kid friendly. My family and I had an amazing experience and look forward to reserving a site next year!
