Really comfortable, they have everything for your stayed. Wifi, hot water , heat, AC. 2 ceiling fans.
The cabins are nicer than a hotel, the beds are very firm but good. The grounds are beautiful, there are some great paths to walk. Amazing birds around and very peaceful. If you want to enjoy the town it's very close to a small village of stores including Starbucks and restaurants and things. Overall this has been a perfect place to stay. Just absolutely gorgeous and a wonderful escape.
The cabins at Wildwood are the definition of glamping. We stayed for 3 nights at the beginning of April which was perfect because there were no mosquitoes and lucky for us it didn't rain. You get a parking pass to park on the property and there are 10 cottages in total. Cottage 3 and 4 are wheelchair accessible. Each cottage has its own picnic table with a firepit. Inside the cabins are fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, utensils, toilet paper, basic appliances, heater - no AC but surprisingly it has wifi! Cottages are beautiful and well crafted. We booked a 2 bedroom. The master room has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has a barn door with 2 twin beds. You have to take your own sheets and pillows as well as towels, soaps and other amenities you might use. The living room has a pull out sofa. The kitchen also has a table with 4 chairs. The screened patio is also nice with 4 lounge chairs. The beach is at walking distance and there is a walk trail just behind the cottages. We had a great time, we got to see deers roaming around and lots of bunnies too. Bicycle riding is one of the best you gotta do and just enjoy the scenery. We will definitely be back.
The cottages are really nice and new. The high ceilings and layout make them seem a lot bigger too. The patio is screened in and the backyards have fire pits and a picnic table. The kitchen comes with silverware and flatware. The fridge is a standard size so large enough for a weekend trip for sure.
We came here back in Summer of 2019, it has changed a bit. The bathrooms are disgusting, the campers leave it a mess. My only two concerns are the lack of maintenance of the restrooms ( yes Covid is not as severe as before but it is still going around) and there's no security service to intervene when there's people keeping others up on the campgrounds in an ungodly hour in the morning.
